Yes!!! My local supplier here let me cancel my PO on this one. Now I won't have to pay a freakin $322 for this s___!

:lol good news man. I'm not taking anything away from folks who are happy with what they see, but I know how disappointed you were. Now what are you going to spend that spare $322 on?

Here are some more pictures from the Toy-World forums. I don't think these have been posted yet but I of course may be wrong...

Thanks bro! I should have listen to you that time, my bad haha :1-1: I'm really dissapointed this time cause the first time they did this w/ Ip Man's body, I let it slip cause the price ain't that high compare w/ this one plus I don't have the reason to pose Ip showing his body. I thought EB learned from that one so I still PO'd this. Guess I was wrong.:slap Now I learned my lesson, I should only PO EB products after I see the ACTUAL (not proto) pics of it! :lecture May this also be a lesson to us all who was deceived by this figure & PO it. :wave

Hmm maybe I just use it to pay for my upcoming POs. GR is coming & it's a bit expensive too compare to the normal price of HT but that figure is WORTH it..let me repeat it..WORTH it haha! :pfft: :lol

Torso looks fine, just those rubber arms....ugh. :yuck

Should have just made them like HT is doing, done like the Wolverine body it would have been fine.

Also, these were supposed to be for sale at the show, it said this on the EB blog, and I thought that meant you could pay money and walk away with your figure but from the looks of this receipt posted on the Toy-World forum all they meant was you could put payment down on one for when it's later released, that's how I'm reading this.

This may mean that they really are 2 - 3 months away from release/shipping, as was suggested earlier based on a complaint someone (a seller?) left on their FaceBook.

Their FaceBook is full of complaints about the body now, too, so I think they're going to be pretty clear on how displeased people are:

Wrists dont look too bad here.
Maybe the "1/6 joint blindness" is kicking in LOL
Still wouldve MUCH preferred a body almost identical to HTs.
I really dont like the sculpt/proportions on this body.

Nah, EB don't do revisions, and in any case I can't see how this could be revised without a major overhaul just about every step along the design/manufacture process.

The more I look at this the less of a problem I have with it. I still have huge issues with the way EB have gone about marketing this, but if these pics were brought out as the initial proto pics I don't think people would be complaining the way we all are now.

The wrists are fine when viewed from most angles; the torso is pretty faithfully sculpted to the proto; and it was always going to be the case that any exposed shoulder joint was going to have to accommodate a sodding great ball to allow free range of movement.

The arms remain the weak link, and it appears that most of the problem lies in that ridiculous elbow. So really, it's not a bad figure. Most definitely NOT a 300+ dollar figure, but not a bad figure in itself.

I hope EB has learned a lesson: that the punters are not fools.

The biggest issue i have with this figure,is the chubby body.I can accept the arms and live with it,but bruce Lee was alot thinner than this.Even with the jumpsuit on,it wouldn't look right.

Holy crap, the Enterbay fans are going mental on that Facebook page.
They're not even sticking to one thread, they're all creating their own ones to just go bonkers!

The torso sculpt is okay... a bit softer than the proto, but not awful. But it looks like there is little to no paint work on it which leaves it looking just like a rubber body.

HT's body (while having joints) just looks far superior to this. The paint work alone puts it in another category. This figure would have been pretty impressive 3-4 years ago, but to come out now when HT is just blowing minds with their unique bodies is just laughable.

Well here is the Bosses Page...Maybe we should be heard here

Made my first Post to Bill CEO of Enterbay, lets see what he says....

(Edited) Back...I just found my Post deleted:dunno

And also maybe if they get stuck with there orders, we can down the road pick it up for $50...I buy it and keep it clothed top to bottom...

There seems to a big difference in paint color between the face and the body.
The body is just too light skinned for the face.
A definite no-no if you want to pose him bare chested. :lecture

I think they shouldve never done a rubber body on this figure. There was no need for it. Hot Toys did have an excuse as Bruce was topless in EtD.

I think Enterbay did not want to be left behind.

Maybe ignorance is bliss, or I just don't own enough Enterbay but I'm still excited about this piece. I knew going in that the initial shots of the seamless body were just pre-pro, so in my mind I knew seams would be added in. I think a couple of the complaints have some validity, but for me, I'm displaying mine with his top on, which looks great in the photos.

To each their own I suppose
