Would you be interested in a Hot Toys line for Sucker Punch?

Question shouldn't be "would you be interested in" but moreso, "would you actually fork out the cash for" a HT Sucker Punch line. While most here are saying yes to the topic inquiry, when d-day comes, I bet there'd be a thousand excuses for them not to buy. Most would probably be the ol' standby, "I really want this but had to cancel because there's just too much stuff coming at once."

Looking forward to the movie. If I end up liking it, I'd definitely be down for a Emily Browning, and maybe Scott Glenn. Hard to say if I'd want the others without having seen the film.

Probably. I was amped for the Hot Angels line that never went anywhere, but I never got Machiko, and Sheva, Valentine, Abigail, nor Black Widow were enough to make me bite either.

I don't know. Sideshow has made quite the business out of appealing to weirdos that get off on statues of busty, scantily clad females (usually fictional ones, but ones that are statues in any case).

Historically, HT's broads have always been a hard sell. And now we're talking about a whole license of them. I've no doubt there will be the weirdos who will drool over the squishy boobs, paint the nipples and whack it to them. But overall, I doubt this line would be anywhere near successful enough to even justify flirting with the license.

Well, I for one think this makes sense. I think Snyder has a solid track record, the trailers have looked great, and even if the movie blows you'd have some pretty cool looking figures. But there is always a downside to HT, they won't make all of the key characters. Watchmen and countless other lines say hi. I'm trying to stick to my new rule of only purchasing figures from films I really liked/ loved.

So if Sucker Punch is excellent, and I'm hoping it is and super excited to see it, then yeah, I'd probably have to pull the trigger.

I can see The Mike's point of view on SS doing them to be cheaper but personally I really don't care for their 1/6 stuff so if they got the license I would probably stay away.

That could be a good thing for my collecting finances as I'm pretty psyched for Tron Legacy too and the review I read today was positive.

Going to be hard to keep up with all of it especially with THOR, Captain America, and Green Lantern all getting screen time and toys this summer!

BTW, what's the character name for the girl that's third from the left in Hunni's pic?

I know if they had done Ada Wong from RE:4, I would not have passed. Same with KB ladies. The last girl they made from a movie I liked (and not just some girl who was a badass) was Elizabeth Swann, and I still own her. My opinion of the movie would be the deciding factor.
