Just spent some time going through the gallery for this piece, no way I'm canceling. The sculpt isn't everything I want it to be (call me a Trevor Grove fanboy) but literally every other aspect of the statue absolutely blows me away.

Same. I, like you have the 1/3 Joker coming from Bobby C. I need to focus on that. I am probably going to scrap the LOTR maquettes as well. Just don't have the space for all this stuff.

I'll get the 1:1 HCG busts thou, and possibly the HCG 1/3 Joker as well.

With 60 exclusives still available for preorder (and that's BEFORE the standard wave of last minute cancellations) I may at least cancel mine now just to wait and see how in hand pics look. Obviously it'll still be available to immediately order direct from SSC if it really does turn out to be a home run.

Whats everyone complaining about the ship time for?...its always said 4th quarter shipping.......and its now 4th quarter. Whats the problem?

I think everyone was hoping '4th Quarter' meant after Christmas so they could use their Christmas $$$ for him!

People cancel as they find out new information and/or their money situation changes. This does not mean people are not thinking for themselves. On the contrary, it means they are thinking.

Just saw the 21-day notice. Based on the Flex-Pay schedule of a November final payment, I had assumed that to be when this would ship (with a possible delay into December of course). This is too soon for me - too many other things (non-collectible) going on this month.

I highly the people now posting about canceling are canceling because others are...most likely the money aspect. That accounts for 75% of cancellations at the time money is starting to be due.

Yep, 4th quarter is a 3 month spread and sometimes we want 4th quarter to mean October and sometimes we need it to mean December.

That's definitely not way people are canceling. Anyone who canceled for that reason did it a long time ago. I think anyone who cancels now because of the look is the ones who were on the fence to begin with and kept it hoping it would grow on them. I've done that before.

Eh, I think the face is a wee bit off and I can see how that is offputting for some. Personally it's good enough for me. And the base (as a fan of the ride) more than makes up for a slightly off likeness.
