I want to lose a few pounds and firm up

Just eat right and cardio to lose pounds....(at least that works for me)

to firm up.....I dunno...but I know Pitu does p90x and his' getting cut!

I did it for a while and will get back on that.....but i wanna do it when I'm more fit so i can jump around like they do. :lol
 
:lol i got lucky (fast metabolism) so I really dont need to eat healthy BUT it definately helps (not that I do it all the time hah im eating like 18 nutter butters and just ate some enchiladas). Excercise EXCERCISE EXCERCISE!!!!

Not me. I've always been the fat kid until I was around 16 and started working out more so I could play high school baseball. Got down to about 145 and stayed that way for a couple years then maintained 165-170 while I was in the Army. Now I'm about 205-210 on average. I'm doing a lot more cardio because I want to get back down to 170 by the end of the year.
 
ahh, yea I have a brother (not actual) whos like that, he's insane with working out now :lol fast metabolism really is a blessing

HA!!! Funny thing about the race, I was in Wave 32 and ended ahead of Wave 29.

I SMOKED IT YO!!!!

My training paid off! For the Tough Mudder I will definitely have to hit the weights again as that is a no joke competition.

Oh you should have seen the smoking hot gingers at the Mud Run.

So I'm FINALLY joining this thread as I got my ass in gear and started going to the gym two weeks ago. I'm already kind of hooked and look forward to my workout more than most things in the day now. I'll be coming here often for inspiration!!

:rock :rock I'm going back within the next few weeks. I had a baaaad case of tennis elbow so I couldn't lift waits. Got my cortizone shots and now going to phys therapy. Then I'm back. Welcome aboard man :duff
 
Shoulders and tri's with another hour of cardio session tonight, all ready did a hour this morning of cardio.
