You can't fault most SW fans for taking issue with this as a choice for a PF at this point. It's certainly a head-scratcher.

Incidentally, it's actually one of Sideshow's best SW PF efforts from a creative/design/production standpoint. But what an odd choice to expend capital, energy and a production/release slot on... especially when there are so many (core) characters than collectors have been begging for in this format.

It seems as if Sideshow sometimes goes out of their way to show everyone that they march to the beat of their own drummer. And while that might be satisfying to them from a creative standpoint I fail to see how it makes good business sense at all.

I think it looks excellent, the production looks about as good as any PF I've seen.

However, the character choice is suspect for me; and I have absolutely no interest in the EU storyline.

That's pretty much my take as well. It's a great effort by Sideshow, but an absolute jaw-dropper & head-scratcher of a character choice in the format at this time. They'll be eating a lot of these, unless the ES is quite small.
