Looks awesome so far!! Do you have pics of the predator from the movie?

It's the predator on the left, Hippie.

He's in the second group of predators who appear at the end of predator 2. He appears with Ram.

The staff that came with the hot toys lost hunter borg, is from hippie.

The helmet is from the Junior Boar.

Looks awesome so far!! Do you have pics of the predator from the movie?

I've got a couple pretty nice pics of Hippie, one perfect shot of the head still on the painting bust, and one head to knees shot of the fully assembled costume (on somebody I think). Hippie always looked kinda blueish gray in pics, but the shot of the head made him look a bit warmer in color.

I'm having a busy weekend, but hope to have built up pics soon with the custom leather pieces. I want to get this guy on his way home early this week.

Hippie is done, and he looks amazing. Better than I imagined. Doing the leather parts was new and fun. Like many of the custom Pred paints I've done, I really hate to have to send this one away.

There were very few good photos of Hippie available, and his one and two second shots in the move are very, very hard to see. I matched the spot patterns from the photos I had as closely as possible and extrapolated the rest. It seemed to me that the patterns on his body looked much like a black mirror dropped on the ground and shattered with larger sections toward the middle and smaller shards radiating away from center. I tried to keep that in mind was I finished the body in areas where I had no reference, specifically his back, sides, and right leg.

Most pics also made him look kinda white and gray, but a much clearer shot of the head on its painting bust showed him to be a bit warmer in color.

Additionally, each picture I was able to find had slightly different accessories, ie, netting, leather, armor, etc.

Well, holy crap, they actually did it after all. There's Gort. I guess I can show the Hot Toys Gort helmet cast I have now.

I'm disappointed to see that repainted P1 head look so blah, but the Gort mask is designed to fit on that head.
