Looking really good so far, particularly the smirk, you've successfully captured a smirk where the Hot Toys figure came out more like a smile, not Jack Sparrow like at all.

Look forward to seeing where this goes from here. Will it be done so the head is compatible with the Hot Toys hat? Or include it's own hat?

Im thinking of adding mohair and red fabric bandanna for it... as for the hat I'll see what I can do.
I might also do another one thats compatible with HT hair and hat as well.
