What else can Hot Toys do with the Batman license?

I just heard on SSH forums, that someone heard they are trying to get the general Batman license.

Mattel has one so I don't imagine its impossible. Mattel just doesn't do anything with it. They could be making Keaton and Nicholson Batman figures but they aren't (yet). Hot Toys would make a killing if they did make them.

That is interesting news ^ I wonder what they would do if they got it.... Maybe figures from each of the movies so far - or possibly even comic based figures....
Even so, I'd still like to see characters from Batman Begins first!

Yes and no. Have you seen their DC Universe Classic line? Its the new Marvel Legends. Very nice. But the way it has been handled is classic Mattel.

There is another figure planned from TDK in addition to DX Batman and Joker. Nothing yet in regards to Keaton Batman.

Hoping that Hot Toys worked something out with Oldman and a MMS Gordon is coming up!!

yeah it would be cool to see them get the oldman issues worked out as a good looking gordon would be great. But my favorite batman character since I was young and first saw batman 89 was always the joker and heath interpretation was my favorite so I would like to see a nurse joker. But if not than my upcoming jokers will be very unique.

I hope so...been waiting for Gordon for awhile which is why I held out from buying a commissioned head here on SSF and kitbashing one. He was played great by Mr. Oldman and still had a memorable part continued from Batman Begins, plus you can't have Batman and Dent on a shelf together without having Gordon since he's part of that allied triumverate of Gotham-mob-fighting.

Yeah, that's true. Plus, since most people would pose him with a mask anyway seems like a big waste of putting any time and skill to a headsculpt. Not too many accessories either aside from the mask...and maybe a straightjacket. Plus, there's a great commissioned Scarecrow mask here on SSF anyway.

Oh no, not another one! I love the Heath's interpretation/performance of the Joker but even I don't want to have to buy another one....and I know I would buy one

I guess...they could still put one out with a jointless body or something more seamless like that with a memorable smiling head sculpt but the rest is easy to kitbash, seems like they'd ultimately lose more money than make money with that endeavor like with the Scarecrow.

...I would like a Burton-Batman Catwoman though
