I have no local FP shop, closest is two hours away...at least! Plus I own a MGF (coupe) so it would never fit in the car...whats a girl to do?

rent a van for the day or strap it to the roof of the car lol, thats what i would do. or borrow some ones car and get it insured for £10 a day

Not bad ideas really...might give that a shot...apart from the strapping to the roof...its a convertible!

you could even unpack it into bits in your car and fold the boxes flat, so you dont have to deal with a huge box

Now thats a good idea, I had to do that the other day with the Spidey bust when taking it to the Post office! That was fun

with evil bay you have no come back if its broken and for the price these go for and how easy they can be damaged you got to be carefull

Well, Ladies and Gentleman Mr. Predator finally arrived today. There was a couple of holes in the outer box but not a scratch or cut in the inner white box. Then when I opened the white to get to the Cinemaquette box I was like WOW this is the prettiest box I have ever seen yet. The way the top comes off and the edges with the metal on it, it's a real cool box. Then I took the top off and saw a quill broke off and I said F: K!!!!!!! I thought the CM was packed real good and I forgot to take a pic of the spine because they had it wrapped real good and the necklace was wrapped too. The necklace with the skulls was not wrapped. I unwrapped his hands and they were fine but they are loose but they won't come off because of the magnets that hold them on. I just wished they fit as tight as the pegs that go in the feet which I didn't have a problem putting in. I unwrapped the cannon and the shaft that holds the cannon to the mounting plate was broken. I went through all the boxes and only found the one quill out of the five that are broken. So this means it wasn't done in shipping or packing which means WHITE GLOVE MY ASS. Other than the 5 broken quills and the cannon this thing is AWESOME. I have messaged Steve Wang 4 or 5 times and he has replied back every time and he says this is his one and only. I wish he reconsider and do a P2 or Wolf Maquette. My # is 262 of 500. The only hard thing to assemble was the FERNS I wish they had little #'s on the bottom of the green bases. When I figure out how to do I'll put some pics on

Sorry to hear about your damages. No-one will probably notice unless you tell them but it is still the fact that you know they are there, I like my stuff to be perfect but with these items there is always the risk of damage. i had the same problem with the fake jungle parts as I thought they would be numbered as they are in the booklet, it took me about an hour to figure it out and I still dont think I got it right. I love this piece though, when you look at all the detail and the base is amazing you kind of forget about how much it cost

Cheers. It took me a long time to find the 1/2 scale endo. The base was what sealed the deal for me as it looks so realistic.

I am sure there will be plenty available soon, the only problem will be the price as it can only go up in value. a week after i paid for mine the guy was advertising them for 600 euros more, so I think he realised after he sold it to me that he could probably get more for it

Thanks Chris, Yeah you really can't see the broken quills but I know they are there like you said. I thought of yelling for a replacement but how would that one look. I think a discount would make me feel better and it would help to pay for the Iron Man Bust I ordered, LOL.
