Bummer is he's still sending it express (guessing EMS) so you'll most likely be screwed on it.
So I just get an email today from the seller of the Gangster Gremlin that he shipped off the figure YESTERDAY, even though I paid $75 for Global Express, which should have got the figure here in a week. It would have--had the seller mailed it when he said he would.
I bought the item on August 21st. I get this email Aug. 26:
Thank you for your purchase and payment for GREMLiNS 19" GANGSTER.
Due to the policy of the Post Office, we can only send certain number of items per week.
I do have your item ready to be shipped on this coming Friday, but please understand that your shipment may be a little delayed. I will have it sent and notify you with a tracking number as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and please shop again.
That's fine--I've taken longer than expected to ship things. Stuff happens, so I was willing to be patient, until I got this email today, Sept. 2:
Hello, your item has been shipped yesterday. I am very sorry for the late shipment. Your tracking # is: XXXXXXXXXX. Please keep in mind that the status of your shipping will not be updated until 2 to 3 days. You can check on the status at https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/index_en.html
with your tracking #. Please let me know when you have received your item.
Once again, I apologize for the delayed shipping. It's been a pleasure serving you. Please feel free to look at my eBay listing and please shop again. Thank you. BANDIT SELECTED TOYS
WHAT? I paid $75 for Global Express and you just mailed it out yesterday?!?! So I emailed them this today:
To have to pay so much for express shipping and wait this long
is a little annoying and unfair. I thought it was supposed to be
"global express" shipping. The auction states "3-7 business
days", so instead of apologizing, how bout refunding part of my
$75.00? I paid for express and obviously because of your error,
it's going to take longer, so I don't think that I should have to
pay full price for something that we both know was not EXPRESS.
Am I wrong here?

but i have always wondered, when paying for express that says x amount of days till x amount of days, doesnt that only really apply to shipping the item. i mean thats what you are paying for it, i dont see how the price factors in to someone being lazy, not trying to argue with you and i totally agree since it has happened to me, just something i have never understood.
That's a good point, but I think it's unfair to advertise such quick shipping in an auction and then turn around and be lazy about it and then just apologize for your laziness. If I'm not gonna get something in 3-7 days, don't tell me it's gonna be 3-7 days when you know it's gonna be three weeks. Granted, I think with such a large item my choices were Express or Freight, so I would gladly pay for Express--but 3-7 days is Express, not 3 weeks.

Alright--Gangster Gremlin came today--but first an update. I have received $7 (10%) off of my shipping costs do to this dealer's laziness! Once it was mailed, the package did come rather quickly, but to pay for Express Shipping and then have the seller sit on his hands for 11 days is B.S. But I can look at the $7 as more of acknowledgment that he effed up and wanted to attempt to right the situation. I really didn't think I would get anything or at best a discount on my next item's shipping. Another interesting note is that someone else complained with Neg Feedback for this seller for THE SAME ITEM! I guess I hadn't noticed that at first, but now I'm not surprised that it happened to me also. Maybe b/c of the reoccurrence for the same toy is why I got something today and a not a promise for a discount tomorrow?
So I pull Gremlin out the box, unwrap the bubble wrap, set him on the counter, and this is the first thing I see:
F@@@@@@@@@@#K!!!
YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!!! WHAT THE ^^^^ IS THIS!!! A NICE BIG HONKIN' CREASE RIGHT ON THE SIDE OF THE BOX!
THE FRONT:
I can't believe this--can't a brother get a mint figures these days!?!? And it's very very apparent from the packing that the crease was on the box already before shipping. AND THIS IS NOT THE SAME FIGURE IN THE EBAY PIC! If it WAS--I certainly would have seen the crease and made sure my box was mint as possible. ARSEHOLE! Now whatta I do? Eat $75 to send it back for one that is mint? So below is the letter I sent just now. I know I'm being a little picky, but I've felt like this deal was gonna be problem after his first apology. Now it's been 4 apologies, 10% off my shipping, and one dented box.
I have received the figure and there is a large 2-inch crease on
the front and side of the box to the right of the sticker. I can
send you pics if you like, but this figure is CLEARLY NOT MINT as
your auction states. The figure was packed very well, so there
are no indications that it happened during shipping. It is
CLEARLY NOT the figure listed in the picture because I would
have seen the dent. Now I'm stuck with a figure that would
COST ME $75 to return if I would want one that is like you stated
on your auction. Are all the remaining figures in your store like
this? I may be able to sell this one here if you can offer me a
good price on second one. This has been a very poor
experience and I am leaning towards leaving negative feedback.
We'll see if maybe I can get a better price for one and I will try to pass the savings onto a fellow Freak!
nice and if wondering, his gun fist best in his left hand, on mine at least and can actually get the finger in the trigger. whats yours numbered on the certificate?
who's the seller i want to buy one! i really like it!
The Gangster is pretty hefty and in scale with the film. No articulation though--a cut wrist would have been nice over anything else.
