heres a better look at him and a review ,don't know who the bloke is and haven't watched it all but its 22 minutes and should give you a idea if its worth you buying it

I understand the criticisms, but boy does he look great - it’s more the design and obviously who he is and within the ZSJL cut.
But I think it looks like a decent enough figure, warts or in this case joints and all.

They're making a Snyder cut Steppenwolf?
Toys Era are.

He doesn't quite grasp the idea of the light box, does he? :dunno
haha no he doesnt does he ,but on the other hand he gave a pretty good overview of the figure and talked about it in a fair and critical way without resorting to gimmicky self promotion ,which i for one appreciated

your mileage may vary lol

Mine arrived yesterday, and I have thoughts. First, the proportions aren't quite right. His upper legs are beefier than they ought to be, as are his upper arms and shoulders. The scale seems to me too large as well. This guy really doesn't need to be this big. He could lose several inches in height and STILL be an intimidating figure with presence. The joints move well, but are very noticeable and the plastic for much of his body feels cheap and hard. Those factors combine to make it look more like a massive Marvel Legends figure than a 1/6th figure. Everything is well painted though, and the portraits are spot on. I think scaling the figure down slightly and using better plastics would increase the value massively. And while the staff/mace/spear thingy is finished very nicely, his armor, while painted well, doesn't quite have the same metallic feel. I'm a fan of Darkseid, so it's cool for me to have this guy, but while I think the figure is ok, and I overall enjoy it, it is not worth the price of admission.

It was like watching a Justin review done by someone with a human personality.
So nothing like a Justin review?
...and not plugging Toyswonderland or saying 99% of figures are .....just........amaaaazing.
Now let's take closer look.......at the details
PLEASE. STOP. I'm getting 'nam flashbacks
I swear the way he says pièce de résistance ACTUALLY makes me physically sick - that isn't hyperbole, it causes a visceral physical reaction.

Kind of why I'm working on my own Darkseid. The price of admission that was being asked for this one based on what I have seen... 👎
