Amazon was $26.49

I got an email from Dorkside saying $24.99, but when it went live it was adjusted to same $26.99. Although a few claim they did get in a PO at the lower price.

Dorkside will probably cancel your order when they come up short on product. It happened to me and many others.

What was Amazon's price?

BBTS usually marks up the prices - noticed this more recently, particularly with Hot Toys where they build in the shipping cost into the cost of the figure.

But you're on point, BBTS packages really well and I rarely received damaged goods from them. Amazon is hit and miss but luckily their replacement policy/customer service is usually pretty good.

Yeah, BBTS bakes the cost of their low cost flat rate shipping into their prices. But I'm okay with it even though I don't qualify for the flat rate shipping (not CONUS) because their pile of loot feature has still saved me a lot on shipping.

Can't beat their order management system and ease of cancellation and adjustments, too. Never had an issue with their customer service, getting products in, or how they pack their boxes so I'll still go to them even with the slightly higher cost.

And as a carded TVC collector, the collector grade feature is a huge help when I'm not buying a case. I ordered the Lucas TK from them with one of them collector grade to keep carded.

He sold out in seconds. WTF? How could the Lucas Stormtrooper sell out so fast on Amazon?? Did one person buy a couple thousand? I was refreshing for 5 minutes. The minute it said PO I did instant check out, and it said there is a problem.... Popped up again, same..

Meanwhile, literally every other site has him up for PO.

What BS. I ordered one from BBTS. I had $15 coupon for Amazon app order, and of course free shipping is nice. Maybe he'll pop back up..

I got one on Amazon, just lucky I guess.

I always praised Dorkside, but twice I had them cancel a pre-order because they couldn't fulfill it, and both items were long sold out everywhere. Not pre-ordering with them anymore if they can't guarantee you the item.
