Well, since it`s TOS Anniversary first, and all of the Star Trek second... I`d say mister Spock with the new sculpt. Or even two figures, both Kirk and Spock, because they shared the crown of the most popular trek character at the time. But knowing you... it can be something quite original and unexpected. Like a figure of Gene Roddenberry. Anyway, the anticipation alone lights up my day

Yeah, I am not so sure, but with all these figures coming out, I will likely pass on the Discovery line. I haven't watched that series yet but I'm almost done with Enterprise, so I'll move onto that series next.

Sounds like trek 1/6 is about to have the same problem as wars 1/6. Everyone is in for the founding stuff (TOS and TNG vs Empire era and Mando). some are very enthusiastic for what was told in the 90s to early 2000s (DS9, VOY, maybe ENT vs Clone Wars era), and no one wants to touch the new era with a ten foot poll (Disco vs First Order).

Disney has definitely adapted its strategy of story telling to what sells as merchandise. I wonder if Trek will respond the same way if nanjin can show overwhelming merchandising support for earlier work compared to what is being told now.

Not gonna lie, very disappointed. I figured since TOS is the only Trek that is actually 55 years old, we'd get a TOS character. IMO, DISCO should have been LAST out of the gate.

Yeah there are other figures I would have rather seen first, but I still enjoy DSC so will likely pick up anything they make. Especially if it's an Empress Georgiou like Nanjin's post suggests. No way I could resist having a Michelle Yeoh figure!

I’m betting CBS/Paramount are wanting to push some merchandise from the new shows. Still it is a tad unfortunate that the announcement for Discovery is what we’re getting for the 55th Anniversary.

Not EVERYONE is into Mando. And not everyone "doesn`t want to touch First Order with a ten foot poll". Okay?
I`d trade all the Mando line for one General Hux figure.

Let`s give Discovery figures a chance. What if the fans are waiting. Nanjin haven`t believed he will need a big quantity of Janeway and look, what has happened. Let`s may be be kinder and more careful with words?
