What are you guys doing with your current DX12/Armory? Keeping or replacing it with this?

I had updated my DX12 with the armory head and body and used the DX body for the armory. I may get the sonar head from this, not too sure if I need another Wayne in suit. Other than that, unless it's a major update to the older bodies, I'm good.

I thought I was seeing things when this popped up. Its a good opportunity for someone new to 1/6 collecting to pick this one up. I already have the DX12 so I wont be.

Even though I'm not getting it, this is kind of exciting in a nostalgic way. I hope Joker is next, although a long time went by between Two Face and Bats 3.0, so who knows when they'll show Joker. Hopefully a different artist gets a shot at Joker because Yulli has done one too many, imo. I hope they include a mixtured of accessories from the DX 1 and the DX 11. The bomb coat would be cool.

Yeah Joker was the one that really needed a redo in my opinion. I know a lot of people adore the DX11 figure, but the sculpt is looking pretty outdated now compared to some of the custom ones people have made lately. I just hope they do a better job than they did with the 1/4 version...

I just don?t see how this is a DX minus PERS eyes I guess? It should?ve been with the Rises Armory or just had the Bat-Pod included for DX price. Although I guess it?s same level of DX as the Solo Maul figure is. Just feel like DX should be balls to the wall.

Three heads is probably the reason (cowl, unmasked, cowl with lenses). But also, it appears to come with the same amount of accessories as the DX12. More, actually, since I don't think the DX12 had the lenses head.

I ain't buying another DK version, but I do like the sculpt. Ill think about buying that. Even that is a big maybe. I have two head already for the last DX12 figure.

Is it just me or does his torso look REALLY Long in this pic. And the legs look stumpy...

I'm super thrilled this is happening. I might even be able to be coaxed ino getting Dent now seeing as this probably foreshadows more Nolan rereleases. I'd be willing to go all in with the villains, and maybe a Gordon. It's a set I wish I'd have had the means to get at the time, a feeling I assume a great number of people have as well. I need to go listen to the soundtrack now. Everytime it comes on I regret passing on the armory at a discount through PC, but this sorts that out. I'm sure my joy in being able to acquire a figure from one of my favorite film series will get a few folks' panties in a twist, and I'm sorry you can't share in that excitement the way I'd have for you in a similar situation.

The Hot Toys Nolan Bats collection is one of my major 1/6 figure collectables lines. Loved the films, designs and Hot Toys dedication to the line. I understand exactly where you are coming from. And that soundtrack. Fantastic. Well, anything from Hans Zimmer is fantastic.

I will be keeping my Armory version. May pick up some loose parts from this release, though.

I'm surprised they sold out so quickly considering they're more expensive than Sideshow and I think the collect sales tax for a lot of states now. Granted, $4 shipping. Maybe they hadn't anticipated demand to be so high?

For me, even with the $9 price difference and my state tax, with $4 shipping it'll be cheaper than going Sideshow direct. I placed my BBTS order when it went up, deposit paid, no way I'm not getting this.

Still has moving eyes, it just uses the new system HT uses with each eye moving independently with a little tool they include. Both Darth Maul DX figures use that system as well as the Clone Wars Maul.

KG Hobby, Toys Buying Agent and Toys Wonderland all have him for just either side of ?200. KG Hobby seems to be the cheapest but probably the slowest getting stock. Just make sure in the notes to ask them to lower the value and mark as a gift to help avoid customs charges. I've not had to pay customs on anything from HK yet.
