I wound up passing on the accessory set. As much as I like the 1990 film I just don’t see myself using most of the accessories in the set enough to justify paying $50 for the set.

Not that I've seen. I'm sure plenty will hit eBay once they ship though. Also just FYI they are not 1/6 scale. They're about 1:10 scale. The Turtles themselves are about 6" but regular humans should be 7".

Whoops! Brain fart on my part. I was thinking in my head 1:9 which I lump figures in this general size in even though, as you point out, they are not technically to scale.

Well, they're bootlegs for starters. Otherwise, I imagine you get the usual 'eBay / Paypal protection'. I wouldn't buy them if I were collecting the figures, but it's your call.

Yeah, they have been on ebay for years and they're as good as the real thing (they used to be anyways). They come with the red headband or with the different color headband like the cartoons. They're cheap too.

Has anyone been having trouble getting there money back from the super shredder popcultcha fiasco? They say the refund got processed on the 8th and they even showed me a screenshot of it but there isn't anything in my bank from it.

I was just going to say that there's really not much difference anymore. The past couple of times I've opened a NECA figure, I feel like I'm handling a bootleg. One more reason to drop them from my collecting roster. The world isn't a nice place, and cuts have to be made somewhere...
