The new and the old. I've forgotten the Bayformers versions that are just too busy and stylised. I'm so glad they made these new designs that are far better representations of the characters.

He's absolutely incredible. I usually keep my large figures in a cabinet but that Prime and Bumblebee are prominently placed on the shelf above my desk. They're so damn good.

Yeah it was gone in 30 seconds i read. Second non limited batch coming in october I believe. Wont have the same packaging tho. Scalpers got this one,could order 12 of them and there were only 1985 pieces made.

The beginning of that film is easily the best rendition of Transformers anywhere. But the revised music ruins that clip for me, it really doesn't match the tone or the action on screen, it just feels like a jumble of stuff from the show put in at random. Voices are great though.

Looks like Takara will be releasing a new MP Starscream mold. Hopefully one day they get around to redoing the MP Grimlock along with the rest of the Dinobots!

One of those purchases where, as a collector you look back and think, what the **** were you thinking!!

I have no nostalgia for this character at all, but convinced myself when it released that it was part of the Japanese G1 continuity, so should have it in my collection. Well that was pretty stupid of me as it's been standing like this untouched ever since!

Well, with MP-36 Megatron and now the new Starscream being teased, it wouldnt be too much of a stretch to think that a new Soundwave is coming too.
The MP-13 Soundwave mold is still a sentimental favourite of mine in the series. But I'm sure a new one would blow it away in terms of cartoon accuracy like all the new figures do.

Unlikely Takara will redo another G1 Shockwave any time soon, so at least I can enjoy these in the collection for a few years
