Is this Darth Maul the same figure as the one in the special Episode I commemorative packaging at Celebration?

I believe so the only difference is the retro packaging.

Great Leia photo. :rock

Never liked that Maul because of the hooded head.

Am I correct saying that Hasbro never released a Maul with his horns showing or did they?

Edit: My mistake I think the hood is removable.

Yeah, it's just a rubber outer shell. Still, the best maul is the SHF one. That thing is perfect

Well this certainly wasn’t the best event to showcase any new hasbro product. Just basically a rehash of old designs

Oh well

Celebration hasn't ever been a big event for new product. All the muscle is going into stuff they can't even show yet.

I just think there are too many of these events going on each year. I think there should just be the Cons and Force Friday or May the 4th and that’s it

I think Disney is getting too greedy :lecture

You don’t need a five day event just to focus on a two minute trailer of a film :slap

Ahmed Best is monday that is going to be so epic might just be as popular as the trailer lol

Cant argue with that! I've been to two Celebrations and didnt find they were as fulfilling as SDCC or even LA Comic con. They do seem fun for the cosplayers, but that aint my thing. Plus, the venue to see whatever 2 min or a chat with George Lucas doesn't have seats for all ticket holders, so if you don't make it in, you've just attended a con that really is just about Cosplay and every SW toy vendor in the country. Just not a lot else to see there for me.
