i've been searching for the most current info about the value of this prop, but havent found any actual reference.
Any one knows the current value of this prop?

Just check ebay ended auctions. Last 2 sold for $3025 and $2400. But if you're selling, then I mean that they are only selling for a hundred bucks, and I'll pay you double for yours!

The one above is SE and then this one -

SE:

- 750 edition
- snow weathering
- snow base
- signature plaque with Phil Tippet autograph
- crashed studio scale Snowspeeder model



LE:

- 1000 edition
- different weathering
- pose with one leg up
- mirror base

Item SW-123. $599.50. Crazy, right? And it came with a case and everything. That was the regular version.

Yes was awesome then, I bought mine in 2007. Today would be like $2,000 if EFX made one.

Yeah, mine was from 2004, but you're right. Somehow the exact same thing today would cost mega bucks. And QC would be worse. That was a great time price-wise for collecting.

And that’s what you need to weigh up when buying these collectibles, what would it cost to buy today if it was released. I’d also say 2K min so that would be today’s value at least if in the market to buy.

statues have tripled
shipping has quintripled
secondary market you are glad if you get 1/2 what you paid.

seeing what they cost them to make is the really eye watering part... you just don't want to know how little cost per unit was.
