Hot Toys ROTJ Luke staining issue

I've heard of someone having an issue with dye from the outfit staining the neck area. Is this common? One guy said it happened to his and he had the figure for only a few days, another guy had no problem at all.

I saw a thread on Facebook where the OP confirmed that the collar has a protective layer over it to keep the dye from staining the neck. The black substance that Dean Knight reported was likely the protective layer itself, as he did say that it came right off of the neck.

TLDR; I wouldn't worry about it
