Any way to heighten Darth Malgus?

I recently got my Darth Malgus 1/6 through Amazon, and was disappointed in his absurdly short height in his Prometheus body. Is there any way to heighten him with any Sideshow Vader bodies? The taller bodies with swappable hands and feet that work together with the Prometheus variant? If anyone can show me pictures, that will be great.
 
Maybe swap bodies all together to a HT type and use ankle extenders?
I've seen the extenders on ebay and someone on OSW makes them.
 
That I'm not to sure about, I've seen people on OSW do extensive body mods that go as far as to cut portions of arms and legs out and adding length to them by adding in an additional section to the limb. It doesn't look terribly hard, but I've never done it myself.
