i got it from local shop in singapore so they are checking if they have another unit to exchange but it is disappointing

So I decided to have some fun with the gloss and getting that wet look which naturally suits the scene anyway. Here it is.

I'll probably have to get mine sent off to get repainted by someone as well. This was just such an awful job by CC the only real options are to sink more money into it to to get it done right or get rid of it. It's such an embarrassingly bad paint job.

I think the paint job on mine looks great.

never seen a lizard that had a gloss coat !

Thanks guys, I'm pretty happy with the result, the gloss brings out a lot of the details under the light and it's also supposed to simulate the wet effect in the rain.

This is a pretty interesting video that explains how CC and other industry leaders hit their price points. Definitely worth your time to watch...
