Looking for help regarding casting

So I bought the Yoda hut from Sideshow today. Unfortunately the shop that had it on display lost one of the stirring utensils.

Because of my crazy ocd with missing parts, I was wondering if anyone could give advice about casting. I have the same utensil so was thinking of using that as a template and then attempting to paint. The utensils feel plastic-y but I have no clue about casting and not very good at painting.

Is anyone able to help provide guidance or even better do it for me for a fee (and even better paint it)? It's highly unlikely I will find a spare.

Thanks mate. I almost contacted you directly as I know you cast stuff. Probably going to work out a lot of money for such a small task. Do you have a machine available and if you could do it for me, how much would it be? I have the original item so could just make another one in theory.
