That's what happens when silicone contacts silicone. When you are mould-making, you can keep adding layer on layer of silicone, even if the previous layer has solidified.

as for my situation. Guess I've been lucky. it's been hot and humid the last few days and all I've had running is a ceiling fan to keep cool. I checked my Sups last night after seeing that pic and nothing

Oh mercy... that is downright terrifying!! I keep all limbs separate in fear of this. I won't even use the flight stand in fear that it could damage the suit.

Mine is fine as well no damage what's so ever.

That sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.

I made a pair of handcuffs at work today for a customer's Superman figure. The chain is probably three links too long, but i wanted to make sure there was plenty of room for them to fit with the arms as close as they could go.

Thanks. Each is just one piece of styrene hollowed out and shaped with a dremel.

They look like steel, so mission accomplished

And i meant to add: "And painted with chrome paint" above...
Doh!
All i did was draw the shape on a piece of 2mm styrene, clamp two pieces together, and dremel it all out in one go. That way, both cuffs were mirror images of each other.

Superman has outgrown his ship.

It's a brand from here in the UK. I cannot remember the name of it, but i will check the next time i am at work.

Hey guys I'm starting the cape mod and the black rubber piece just wont budge. I am watching a tutorial video by shortround and his seemed to come off much MUCH easier than mine. The parts where there is glue arent budging the tiniest tiniest tiniest bit. Any suggestions? Thanks!
