Scratch-built Millennium Falcon by Paul Francis
32" scratch-built falcon from over 3000 styrene and resin parts.
Built in 144 hours over a period of about a month and a half.

Magnificent.

I wonder how many castings he had from other Falcon builders? Did he track down the 50 model kits used to detail the surface or did he hand build all of the detailing?

I've always wanted to build a 32 inch Falcon but it's a high mountain. I'd love to talk to someone who has a workflow to do it in 140 hours.
 
I remember as a kid watching a show on the "making" of star wars models, I fantisized that one day I would...

I never did, but this guy did, kudos to you bud.
