Help identifying this model of Vader's Tie?

Hey guys, I recently bought this model from a hobby shop and it's been sitting on my shelf collecting dust. I got curious about where it came from. I've never seen one quite like it. My first guess would be an older model of the Revell kit, but I can't find any confirmation. It has a little crudely sculpted Vader inside that looks like he's sitting on a toilet, lol. Anyone recognize this?
