I don't know where else to put this.

I sold an item on ebay and had to ship it to Italy. I shipped via express mail but It looks like I forgot to check off MEchandise and it is being held in customs. How can the buyer get it. Can he just print off the transaction detail page from ebay?? I called Ebay and they seemed to think that but that sounds too easy. Any help would be great.
 
Usually an email to the customs office with a description of the item and both order and payment confirmation/details (Order confirmation email and PayPal confirmation email) should be enough. It will be opened though.
