WTB: Kubrick Jabba Throne / Landspeeder from Sculpting a Galaxy

I am looking for the following pieces to complete Kubrick's Jabba's throne.

The middle piece of the throne. (Came with Amanaman)

The hooka pipe and bowl (Came with Jedi Luke)

The piece of the throne beneath the hooka pipe and bowl. (Came with Bib Fortuna.)

I don't need the figures--just the bonus pieces.

I would also like to get the landspeeder, figures, and reflective base that came with the limited edition version of Sculpting a Galaxy.
