Hmm, Justin says the white armor is more yellowy this time around vs the original V.1 being more bright white.
Not exactly a positive - reminds me of the pee-yellow TFA HT R2D2 vs the bright white Deluxe HT R2.
Sculpt is super detailed and sort of cool looking but it doesn't really capture Sidious from the movie that well imo. He obviously does a lot of smiling, much of it maniacal, in ROTS but something about this choice that doesn't seem to capture it.
Interesting that ROTJ Han is another one where...
Hmm sorry, thought someone said it was a nylon so I had in mind that this was a "new generation" of jumpsuits. I don't have the fig and thought about getting just the suit to check it out but maybe it's same ol' pleather. Glad I weighed in here first. :lol
Yeah it certainly looks quite flat -...
Have there been any side-by-side pics posted comparing the older pleather HT Vader bodysuits and this new style bodysuit? Seems to be a sort of sail-type fabric maybe.
Besides the huge plus of getting rid of HT pleather deterioration, my one concern with pics I've seen of the new bodysuit up...
Does seem a little different to the SSC V2 but with it quite out of focus in the HT pic it's hard to really say for sure. Some sculpt elements do seem different (angle of the pictured figs is different though - this is taken from Justin's review.)
Eh, Mel was an American kid, born and partly raised. He'd only moved to Australia a decade before making MM1.
How he got a fully Aussie accent that fast always mystified me. He did high school and drama school then MM1.
To me Gibson wouldn't have fit in FR. I did really enjoy FR but it's really a whole other story universe to the Gibson MM films. FR almost feels like its set on another planet.
Duh... Zemo of course! I mean there weren't any South Africans available like in Black Panther. I always love to embrace a good stereotype and...
Ohh, wait... you mean... off topic Civil War? :horror
Just jumping over to expedia to book a holiday to Wakanda.... now it IS somewhere in Africa, right?:rotfl
Oh yes I think we all prefer the Marvel lens to reality.
