Here's a list of materials. I don't think I've missed anything...bear in mind the measurements may vary depending on how you build yours.
Base and Ceiling - 1/2 inch MDF (X2 for the ceiling)
Support beams - (2) 1" diameter dowel rods 13" long
Door frames/compartment support arms - (25) 3/12" square wood rods 12" long
Metal mesh (from desktop organizer)
Base grille - 1/8" square metal rod cut into 5 segments, 5" long
1/8" round metal rod for hanging suit, 4" long
1/8" thick black foam for rear door covers & base pad
1/4 " thick black foam for compartment base
1/12" thick wood for compartment sides
floral foam for compartment inserts
1 set of battery powered LED lights - I used Tomytec (ebay link:

thin spackle for ceiling texture
metal finish duct work tape for support beam accents
assorted acrylic paints (some mixed to achieve specific effects) (black, brown, silver, chrome, gold) Hi gloss clear coat, textured silver, black matte, grey primer, black grease crayon....
assorted Hot Toys Batman accessories, batarangs, sticky bomb guns (4), grappel guns, grenades, etc..
Hot Toys V1 Batman with hands removed, boots loose, and headsculpt with eyes and mouth removed
Tools used - Mitre saw, jigsaw, drill, Dremel, wooden clothes pins, sand paper - various grades, black sharpie, a LOT of super glue. I use LOCTITE control gel.
