Thought I'd make a thread for all of my custom work. I've only been customizing since last year, so my skills are still improving. Ill update this thread with current work as I time goes on. Some things Im planning on eventually making limited runs that'll be available. Enjoy.

1/6th scale Scarecrow. Not really movie specific, kind of just a mix of of all the Nolan movies. Hand & boots are stock Hot Toys, head is a slightly modded Hot Toys sculpt. Suit and weathering are all done by me.








I made a custom stand for him. I used a repainted HT DX11 stand and handmade the floorboards out of real wood.

I also bashed an interrogation room Joker figure and custom made accessories for the table.

Customized Hot Toys DX12 Batman figure. Head widened, gloves modded, gauntlets widened, eyelids repainted, ankles widened, faceplate back was sanded, and handmade cape.

Good stuff Mr Zsasz. Love what you did to Scarecrows jacket. Looks perfect and not on purpose. (It's the only way I know how to put it).

I treated and varnished it. And they're popsicle sticks.

scarecrow is epic!!! I think the same about perfect clothes by hot toys. custom them as dirty / used clothes is epic! I want that joker shoes!!!
