WTB - Sculptor/Painter for Commission - resident evil

Hello everyone, I'm trying to make a custom of Billy Coen, from Resident Evil 0. I have the clothes and the rest of the accessories ready, but I can't seem to find a good head sculpt to match his face. Originally was going to use a Johnny Depp head sculpt, but decided to see if anyone would pick up the job. Please let me know if you could do the job, or if you could recommend anyone.
