What's the normal turn around time on replacing defective parts?

Hi all

My recent Bruce DX had a poorly manufactured mirror dio which I have to have replaced by SSC. Not a big deal as long as the figure is good, which he is

I'm just curious what the approximate turn around time is for SSC customers to received replacement parts? I've heard horror stories about companies like HT taking forever and a day, yet I've never heard anything regarding SSC.

If anyone has experience with a return & replacement I'd appreciate any input.

Depending if the parts are readily available, turn around can take just a few days. However, if we have to wait and get parts from factories or other manufacturers it may take a bit longer. if we have them in stock, we'll send it out as quikcly as possible.
