How to clean rough textures?

apart from blower and duster os there anyway to clean really rough textures? using wetwipes or paper towel they just get caught by the texture making wiping impossible.

i guess toothbrush and water works but are there other non wet solutions?
 
The above makeup brush or a camera lens brush. Both have softer bristles so you don’t risk scratching the surface anymore than it’s supposed to look.

issue is really fine dust or dirt that can only be removed via a damp cloth. or stuck due to static.

anyone tried those keyboard gels? they work but sometimes the adhesive stays on the surface. usually slick and smooth surface.
