Last week, we shared a teaser photo for a new DC Comics' The Joker "Strings" Statue coming from Geek X. The statue is a conceptual piece, which showcases a bust of The Joker controlling marionettes of Batman and Robin set in a Gotham City diorama display. Batman's strings are broken, showing that Batman's will is much stronger than Joker has realized. This is the second DC Comics collectible by Geek X, who previously announced the BXJ Statue, which featured a mashup bust of The Joker and Batman.

The folks at Geek X have sent over a new photo of The Strings Statue, giving us a look at the full statue. They have also provided a few additional details. The statue will stand just over 16.5″ tall. It's a hand painted statue that is cast in polystone resin. While pricing has not been announced at this time, the statue is scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2020.

Cool concept for sure! Almost looks like a comic book cover turned 3D. Would be nice if a couple of companies would venture more into this territory. Lots of cool Detective comic covers that could be turned into dioramas, especially the first few and then the 70's / 80's covers.
