Collected editions

Just wanted a place to talk about collected editions in general since I don't go to the comic forums...
Haven't gotten floppies in decades. Got a few trades, and eventually some hardcovers, but since Hot Toys, been on hold for a long time.

Seeing a few of my favourite titles given the hardcover treatment, and been considering upgrading them but something always gets in the way. More on my mind is whether I should be getting new titles I could be enjoying like Saga or Chew, or finishing incomplete collections like Powers or Constantine...

Have upgraded only a few:
All-Star Superman from HC to Absolute
Promethea from trade to Absolute
Astonishing X-men from trade to Omnibus
X-Statix from trade to Omnibus
And the odd childhood floppies that have become omni/OS/collected story... (well maybe a few more now).

Heavily thinking about my favourite trades:
Lucifer, Invisibles and Doom Patrol or going all classic and picking more old stuff I enjoyed or missed.

What are you guy's thoughts? Right now though, still on toys...

I want to get almost all the DC and Vertigo Absoulte editions. I have most of them in tp or hardcover. Plus there's a ton of manga series I need to get.

I really still need Absolute Kingdom Come and I know that´s gonna cost.
Last thing I bought was HC Justice.
