Billy (GI Joe) custom possibilities?

In the most recent episode of the What's On Joe Mind podcast, the guys discussed whether or not there would ever be a "Billy" (aka Cobra Commander's son) action figure in 1:18 scale, and which "version" of him would be made- 1) young 14 year old-ish Cobra Youth, 2) Storm Shadow's apprentice, or 3) Devil's Due cyborg (?).

This got me wondering if anyone does a 1:6 scale body that could be customized into the Cobra Youth Billy (my preference, since I hate the whole "everyone's a ninja!!!" stuff and never really read the Devil's Due run).

Anybody have any ideas on how to make this happen? With Bludd in-hand, and the new CC, Baroness & Destro coming, the possibilities for dio scenes is greatly increasing...

DID made a couple of youth bodies.IIRC one of them even looked a bit like the comic art.
