    Hot Toys C-3PO (ROTJ)

I saw a weathering technique on Youtube for a 1:1 chromed 3PO head prop that probably would work very well here to give you that dulled ROTJ look. Elmers school glue. Paint on, let dry then lightly rub off areas to expose the shiner surface. Easy to do and if you dont like it, easy to remove.

Hot Toys - 1/6 The Mandalorian Cobb Vanth

When I bought this one, it was a pretty generic "I like the character/actor" sort of thing. Not terribly excited and it sat in a box for weeks. After opening and displaying him, I have to admit that he is one of my favorite figures in my collection now!

Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi - 1/6th scale Darth Vader™ Figure

Underground Figures just sent out an email that they will be receiving their allotment April 12th.

Inbox Studio: 1/6 Bantha (The Mandalorian Version)

I dont know - for me the stop motion puppet is the definitive Taun-Taun representation. Ive always found that the live action build up always looked off.

Pedro Pascal Headsculpt options for Hot Toys Transport Trooper?

Hey, thanks a lot! That really helps seeing it on an actual figure.

Pedro Pascal Headsculpt options for Hot Toys Transport Trooper?

Picked up the Transport Trooper and would like to display him with his helmet off. Wondering if anyone here has seen in person what seems to be the only option mass produced China made headsculpt that seems to be available everywhere. Do you think it would be an acceptable option for him...

Damn. Now that you see that its hard to un-see it :(

    Hot Toys C-3PO (ROTJ)

3PO's head has always been a tough one to get right but I never realized how off the Sideshow version was until seeing it compared here. Based solely on these photos I sort of like the Medicom one the best!

Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi - 1/6th scale Darth Vader™ Figure

Im relatively new to 1/6th collecting and thought it was just me not knowing what I was doing having so much trouble getting hands to click completely! Now I know it's not me and just an overall design flaw for these figures. Oh how I wish they would use magnets or something, anything other than...

    Hot Toys C-3PO (ROTJ)

Hoping that once I have this in hand the speckling wont bother me as much but if its as noticeable as it is in these recent arrivals I hope someone is brave enough to come up with a way of knocking it back a little. If Im really bothered by it maybe I'll be the brave one here as I have not ready...

    Hot Toys C-3PO (ROTJ)

This is what I am struggling with right now. I'm new to Hot Toys collecting and the impulse is to buy everything I see that I feel I "need". I personally do not like the look of mass grouping displays much preferring the museum style where you have one figure per display section/shelf etc. Ive...

    Hot Toys C-3PO (ROTJ)

So what are the chances we will see an ROTJ specific R2-D2 to go along with this guy? Just the pop up lightsaber would probably justify a new release. I would hope they did the serving tray setup myself.

    Hot Toys C-3PO (ROTJ)

Yeah, even back in 1983 I remember instantly noticing that 3-PO lost all his shine. Almost looked like gold paint instead of chrome. I understand that Hot Toys is trying to replicate that look but the speckling just doesnt do it for me. Still getting him so I hope that at a normal viewing...

1/6 Hot Toys - Episode VI: Return of the Jedi -Han Solo

Face sculpt is spot on if you crop out the hair. The soft good look way too "doll like". Hard pass unless there are major changes moving forward.
