    I appreciate the help everyone! I'll have to go with extruded acrylic because shipping is way too expensive for cast cell. My next decision is whether to buy from the local glass store or Home Depot.

    That's a great idea Samurai, but if I'm not mistaking, the plexiglass at the Home Depot is extruded. I remember one of the posters, gagaliya, said to use cell cast acrylic.
