Thanks guys! Yeah the Last Samurai figure is actually really nice. I was pleasantly surprised, and really wasn't expecting it to be so good in-hand. It will be interesting to see how Poptoys does with theirs, it looks pretty intricate with their segmented armour.

Tried out some weathering on this figure. I'm thinking of adding snow and ice and maybe re-rooting the hair. The synthetic hair doesn't look as bad in person though, and with some snow on top it might be ok.
