Asmus 🫣 this is a really bad decision. While I didn’t pre-order Gollum, I can imagine the frustration after waiting for so long. This is not a good look if it’s genuinely from them and it would have been better to not even mention the hat because it just seems insulting. A better thought...

It seems like they are really keeping production quiet. They do mention that they plan to keep the quality like with GTW. Maybe they will only do crown series from now on?

I prefer the way the GTG head attaches - it’s much easier than the regular socket type. That being said: Asmus could have used the same GTW head for both versions and maybe saved money along the lines. I do really like both GTG/ GTW figures that Asmus has put out and I hope they can continue...

mine almost came apart when I was adjusting it. It seems like the force of the metal pushing on the plastic stand column just right could be the issue. On that note: GTW is a fantastic looking figure! I didn’t do any futzing, just some water on his outer robe.
