I saw another member add a cloth cape to SHF Vader a while back. I finally did it to mine. I already liked the figure a lot, but this is a huge improvement.

Something about the helmet bugs me. I think it's the shape of the visor and the way the dome slants toward the back of his head. Edit: something else bugs me even more about the entire figure. It's not Boba.

Yep. This must mean that they intended to create this additional piece that you could swap out by separating Maul at the waist right? If so, I really admire the foresight. Not sure but that robe piece might even look cool in a "fight stance" or "dueling" pose.

I have heard that before - about the color of the blade signifying depth of jedi rank, or ability in the force, I was always confused though by the younglings in AOTC having the same green or blue sabers that the master Jedi wield.

It's true - as I'm sure everybody is aware it's actually a master swordsman under Vader's helmet during the lightsaber duels of ESB. My argument is not that his technique is bad, but rather that the Ep1 battle with Maul made those characters appear to be way more powerful by comparison.
