    Getting ready for house move

Before I moved a few years ago, someone here mentioned wrapping up multiple boxes (like 6 or 8) together using plastic shrinkwrap. Easier to move, stack and fairly protective if you have shippers. I moved cross country with about 200 figures and had .0005% breakage with this method.

Blitzway - 1/6 Scale Ghostbusters - Collectible Figures

if you can fish out the rattling part, rejoin it with the original piece, but then reinforced it with a metal pin. Then, using a hair dryer to soften the joint/hole, and then attach the male to female parts

Dragon Type 166 Schwimmwagen in 3 colour camo

looks awesome! is the shell plastic or metal? Would love to see some pics with figures in it. The ropes look like they could use some weathering as well ;)

Hot Toys: Daredevil - (She-Hulk: Attorney at Law)

This gif is great, as it reminds me the silver comics era was also the era of 4 color offset printing, which really determined what superhero costumes could look like. Yellow and red reproduced the best

    The 3A Thread

I got the big black astronaut yesterday. Details & everything is great, but he is basically a statue. Cannot hold a pose. I have a fetish for astronaut/space suit figures. I saw the new Blitzway astronaut figures offered, and considered buying one. The black finish was the most intriguing for...

I am on the fence in regards to purchasing the EVA Pod. No doubt it will be a quality item and the highlight of anyone’s collection, but the timing is off for me; if the Pod, like it is now, were available, say 7 years earlier, I would have jumped on it. At this point, I now have an ECTO 1, a...

    Hello from Onesixthkit

It seems a bit strange that JPT would solicit this accessory after the figure is already solicited, but before either piece was released. This company is relatively new to me, but I seem to get the impression they have done that before. Either way, BOUGHT!!

InArt - The Batman 1/6th Figure

If someone does make a Zoe, it will probably not be that good. I settled for the Ninja Catwoman Far from perfect, but a good seamless body

Let's talk Samurai figures & related

I really like the work of Jiu An Studio; their samurai figures are amazing. They are maybe best known for creating a Last Samurai Tom Cruise figure, but they have done others since then. This one of Date Masamune is very different proportions compared to Coo Model and others attempting this...

Kaustic Plastik/Infinite Statue 1:6 Lon Chaney’s Phantom of the Opera Figure.

I typically love diorama pieces with a figure, but I am not crazy about the quality of this organ from KP. Anyway, the organ needs pipes behind it to even look like an organ, and that would be a massive job to make as custom. I am planning on preordering just the single figure, but I am...

Executive Replicas 2001 Space Odyssey Astronauts

I trust Timewalker for this piece more than ER. ER delayed my Bowman order and made me feel ashamed for asking about my order, even though I did not pester them. Took me 2 extra years to get that figure, but I did eventually get it

Let's talk Samurai figures & related

This is my favorite figure at the moment - Female Samurai by JPT. I have many figures with movable eyes, but they never felt right until I worked with this figure. The weaving of fibers through the metal armor is extraordinary; colors, textures and details are phenominal

Mars Toys 1/6 Alfred Pennyworth (Batman '66)

Mars is blowing me away right now. Did not expect to see Mad Hatter, and did not expect this Alfred. Will most likely need to mod it to make him taller though, and this is still sight unseen

Let's talk Samurai figures & related

I am beginning to become fascinated by Noe Theater. This is cave diorama is a mash up of Grandma Samurai, Knell, and a custom prisoner figure that I made with a kabuki mask. I think he fits into the aesthetic well. So many of these designs, IMO, are timeless, and speak to a part of human history...

Let's talk Samurai figures & related

This year I got big into collecting figures from JPT Design. They did this excellent female Samurai a while back JPT's sensitive application of materials is stunning. Their new ninja figure is the best example of their workmanship This was the next figure by them, which I lovingly call...

I have a feeling a video showing the interior of the prototype, showing the door opening and closing, etc. would get me to preorder. I need a better idea of scale as well
