Hot Toys MMS Iron Man Mk1 DIECAST

This figure shoes why I've never been a fan of diecast on iron man figures. Other than the extra weight, there's really no benefit to it.

Hot Toys MMS Iron Man Mk1 DIECAST

With some of the other updates - like Mark 7 and Mark 5 - the new figures blew the old ones out of the water. There was no questioning whether the new figure was worth the price to upgrade. Not so with this one. Just looking at the side-by-side comparison pic, I may even prefer the previous...

1/6 Hot Toys - MMS688D53 - The Avengers - Iron Man Mark VI (2.0) with Suit-Up Gantry Set

The HPP armors are the only thing that would get me back into collecting Hot Toys now. The last one we got was announced over 5.5 years ago though and it was a shades which was a repaint of Shotgun. The last with a completely new mold I believe was actually Shotgun which was over 7.5 years ago...

1/6 Marvel Comics - 1/6th scale Iron Man Collectible Figure (Deluxe Version) [The Origin

Has yours shipped? Haven't heard anything since I got that email.

1/6 Hot Toys - Avengers: Endgame - Captain America (Stealth Suit) Figure

Not everyone wants to jump through hoops and deal with site errors and issues during working hours to order a figure. And not everyone wants to pay a markup because Hot Toys limited the numbers for this figure. You're thrilled because you got the figure and you may have other figures you want...

1/6 Hot Toys - Avengers: Endgame - Captain America (Stealth Suit) Figure

I don't think it's the same situation generating different perspectives. You got the figure. Those that have a different perspective, probably weren't able to get the figure.

1/6 Hot Toys - Avengers: Endgame - Captain America (Stealth Suit) Figure

It's been years since they offered 13%, 30%, etc off deals on Hot Toys figures. And now it's discounts + free shipping to try to get rid of excess inventory and they are still having trouble moving some figures. It just goes to show they are making way too many of these and charging too much. So...

1/6 Hot Toys - Iron Man 2 - Neon Tech Iron Man with Suit Up Gantry

I remember reading the thread for the original release after it went live on sideshow and trying to decide wether or not I wanted this - and it went on waitlist within a couple of hours. I missed out on this one because the price was too high. I ended up getting the other three at heavy...

1/6 Hot Toys - Avengers: Endgame - Captain America (Stealth Suit) Figure

Arms on the original were part of an inner body suit that was separate as well - and less noticeable than this one due to the material. They seem to be able to hide the gap pretty well if posed right (so not really an issue), but they are really obvious in some shots.

1/6 Hot Toys - Avengers: Endgame - Captain America (Stealth Suit) Figure

Yeah, I didn't mean to literally use the same suit. We've seen many examples of recent figures that use cloth like fabric that have excellent articulation. We've also seen suits that use the same material as this new stealth cap that more accurately captured a cloth like aesthetic. For me, this...

1/6 Hot Toys - Avengers: Endgame - Captain America (Stealth Suit) Figure

There have been numerous Hot Toys figures that use fabric and have much better posability than the original stealth cap. Upper body posability on concept, infinity war, 2012, and Endgame are good, but I can barely get the legs to move forward on any to get a really good action pose. If they...

1/6 Hot Toys - Avengers: Endgame - Captain America (Stealth Suit) Figure

I have the original stealth as well. I'm not saying it was better. The actual outfit wasn't bad - the proportions and posability was not good. Headsculpts have never really ever been painted as good as the proto. The suit on the proto in this case doesn't even look good - I would have preferred...

1/6 Hot Toys - Avengers: Endgame - Captain America (Stealth Suit) Figure

over 8 years since the original and we get a version with a suit that is a huge step back from what we had. And the proportions still don't look right on the new version.

1/6 Hot Toys - MMS664-D48 - Iron Man - Iron Man Mark 3 (2.0 For Real This Time!)

No, but Hot Toys has done a good job of convincing people it is. A lot of people equate heavier to higher quality and are willing to pay a premium for it.

1/6 Hot Toys - MMS664-D48 - Iron Man - Iron Man Mark 3 (2.0 For Real This Time!)

This makes the decision not to make the Mark I taller even more perplexing. Or maybe they already have a plan to release a taller version a few years down the road.

Action Figure ZD Toys 1:10 scale Iron Man?

I think I'm going all in on this line. Very good value for the price. I have the Mark I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII and XLII and have been pretty happy with all of them, but just a bit disappointed with the Mark I. Just ordered the 43, War Machine, Iron Monger, 50, 85, and rescue as well. Too good...

Hot Toys: Thor - Thor Love and Thunder 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure

I've been collecting Hot Toys for almost 12 years now and I was particularly drawn in by the amazing head sculpts and incredible engineering. Hot Toys made some great strides and significant improvements up until around Age of Ultron or so and I feel they've kind of stagnated from there. Years...

Hot Toys Iron Man Stealth Armor Origins collection 1/6

I got the Stealth Mark 7 on sale and actually like it. Not sure I'd pick of any of these origins versions at any price. This stealth version seems to be the best because the clear plastic is not so glaring.

1/6 Marvel Comics - 1/6th scale Iron Man Collectible Figure (Deluxe Version) [The Origin

So these got through production QA and many got boxed up and loaded on pallets for delivery - only then was there an issue with the based that was identified? That seems like a shoddy QA process.
