    1/4 Scale Universal Monster kits!!!

Resin kits are usually glued together with Super Glue. You can use epoxy putty to blend the seams. That's the way all the pre-paint companies do it.

You forget this whole discussion began when you decided to crap all over the people (despite your fake "for those who own it and love it, great" comment) who were posting pictures of the PF they had received and were enjoying and finding surprisingly good - even though you yourself HADNT SEEN...

Well the Enterbay picture is NOT a prototype - it really is the plastic-looking crap the customer gets for their money. So keep laughing and enjoy your doll...

Again, I HAVE seen both in hand. The SS end product is better. Most people who have seen both IN HAND agree.

The people who actually GET the final product all seem pretty happy with the final product. It's only the people who've never seen the thing in real life that comment in the negative. That makes less sense than judging by what the sculpture looks like.

Says the guy who's never seen them in person and judges by non professional pictures.

The reason the Enterbay face looks good is that the translucent plastic they use is very forgiving of the flaws when paint is applied. I've seen both the Enterbay and Sideshow Terminator heads in the raw clay and the Sideshow is vastly superior.

The difference is the that the other companies use a plastic that has a bit of translucency on the surface. This hides or reduces the surface detail quite a bit And disguises all of the flaws as well. The painted polystone tends to enhance the surface detail (darker colors pooled in the pores...
