Just got my replacement Black Cat today! looks good, counted all the fingers, toes and limbs to make sure they were all intact...and yes they were. Much better job with packaging...they added square soft foam dampeners around the statue so that it was stabalized and absorbed the shock!

I dont doubt that shipping couriers are a part of this...whether it be a freak accident in the back of a shipping van...to if the courier themselves is tossing our packages around. But you really can't control each individual courier...you are going to have the ones that really take pride in...
