I'm fed up waiting too, have emailed 5 or 6 times requesting a refund on Batman armoury paid over a year ago and no reply. Will give it a couple more weeks and then decide what to do.

Still waiting for 66 Batman & Robin, checked and I paid deposit Sept 2013. Have asked for refund and got no reply, there is absolutely no reason for a delay of so long. Stuck in customs? shipping delays? C'mon don't ******** me these figures have been out for months. Then had a email asking...

I'm still waiting on Batman & Robin too. If there is a new product to be pre-ordered the facebook page is updated right away......but trying to get an email response that's a different story.
