Can't comment on the EVA kits, but I have the Sachiel kit, same scale, entire outer skin save for legs(calf down) and forearms is made of the same rubber as the EVA kits(assuming the rubber used in the Perfect grade EVA-01 is the same as mastergrade) and it is still fine, some parts of the skin...

Has any one taken the leg armor off and rolled the fabric up over the knees to check out the joints? Curious if perhaps there are screws in the knee joints that could be tightened to make the knees stronger. Mine is dependent on the stand unless standing perfectly up right.

So I got my replacement EVA-01 in the mail, new one is better across the board but again the entry plug hatches are ****ed up. This time the rear one that slides up doesn't close all the way, sits at a slanted angle and leaves a 1mm gap all the way around and it looks awful. Contacted CS again...

Originally they asked me to send it back to Japan, but when I enquired if I was responsible for shipping they found a distributor of theirs in the US that I could send mine too to save on shipping, so rather then ship to Japan it is going to Maryland which will save a small fortune on shipping...

I'm gonna need to contact them about the entry plug hatch too, in the video reviews I've seen of this figure none of them do what mine does. When you lift the back part of the hatch, exposing the front part so it can open, the entire piece underneigh it moves around and comes up with the back...

Lovely I just noticed this as well. The rubber on the arm is seperating from the plastic. How is the customer service with medicom? Do you think they would be able to fix any of these problems? There are quite a number of things I am pretty disattisfied with. I've never owned any medicom items...

That was the very first thing I tried. I though perhaps the torsos had articulation up that high and it was just twisted but as far as I can tell there is none. :/

The ankles on mine aren't all that loose, one is a little looser the other but not dramatically. The parts that are lose are the toes themselves. If I balanced him in a position where the weight was slightly forward he would faceplant as the toe articulation is ultra loose.
