I set an alarm. :lol Kit had said around 7am (at least my time) so I got up a bit before then and logged into the site. Did a search for InArt and kept refreshing.

I’m curious how many extras Kit has. I think he started putting them up on Tuesday or Wednesday. They go pretty fast so I’m guessing can’t be a ton but still seems like a fair amount to be able to distribute.

I think I’ll get another of these. A lot of the draw for me is the Death Star backdrop piece. I wish they would just sell those individually.

Got a Gandalf from Kit this morning. Almost had it yesterday but hesitated too long and missed. This morning though I was ready and no screwing around. Pretty stoked to get it!

He does look good on the shelf with other Dark Side characters. It’ll be a nice filler character to have. I need to familiarize myself with the comics more but glad I was able to secure one.

I actually agree that the QMX Picard sculpt is better than the EXO-6 FC version.

I’m not really sure where I’d put stuff like the Borg alcove or ops station. They’re cool but as is it’s hard to work the chairs into the display. I’d like to say I’ll get them but not sure how practical they are.

I haven’t rewatched it but I feel like I liked it on the first watch because I was so excited to see Keaton return. I’ve had no desire to watch it again and thinking back on it and seeing clips it is pretty bad/cringe.

Are the cancellations for thid and the Iron Man firsts? I don’t recall Hot Toys ever offering up pre-orders only to cancel them months later.

Including my Han and Luke in disguise figures (which I’m displaying as Troopers) I have four Troopers currently. One more might be nice to have but I won’t necessarily rush to pre-order.

Yeah who knows. My luck is I’ll buy the Dooku that’s available used and Hot Toys will announce a new release. I guess I would have it right away rather than having to wait and the figure is good as is.

At least the exclusive is something not very desirable so if you don’t order from Sideshow it’s whatever.
