Back online...too many missed days on Vander's Instagram contest, will have to hope I get lucky here...Reward Codes have been a complete washout for me.

I mean, how do we find out what to do? All I ever see when I look at someone's Instagram page is pictures...no comments or descriptions or anything where I would expect to see instructions.

Not a big Instragram person...I have an account, but did it for posting pictures for Sideshows' "photo a day in May" contest. How does yours work?

I fear Spooktacular is going to be bad for me this year. I tend to not be too active on the weekends, so that takes away 2 days, and I'm traveling for business on Monday and Tuesday and will have zero access, so will miss out on those. Here's hoping I get lucky and can snag this year's Vander...

I am not arguing that. I actually missed the whole event, just read about it afterwards. The friction and bad blood I'm talking about is what happened specifically in this thread, with posts deleted and members banned. Could have been handled better on both sides.

Most of the old-time Sideshow Freaks left this board for another after the incidents surrounding the shutdown of the Custom thread(s) on this site. A number of posters new to this thread showed up at that time, causing more friction and bad blood.

Is that going to be the only way to win a Vander kit? I've avoided instagram so far, just like I have twitter...

I plan on trying to stay with both boards, since not everyone has made the switch. I am hoping those who came in here just to talk about "the situation" drop out...they aren't part of our group and I'm sure can have their own fun back in their original forums. Vander, I'm definitely still down...

I guess we'll see what the community is like come October. How many of the old crew is still here, how many jumped to the new website, how many are doing both.
