I am really laking the time and motivation to defend one or another company. All I can say is that I enjoy my HT figures as well as my inArt figure(s).

For example, I like my stock DX 19 TDKR Batman from HT, but if you look at the DX19 thread you would think it is a trash figure with guys like OT boosting all the inaccuracies. For my part I enjoy my figures at the shelf, without worrying that the cowl might not be 100% screen accurate and without analysing them from 1inch distance. But everyone his own.
finally someone who doesn’t have a side and can recognize both companies are great in their own respects. Thank you! Already jaded by the lack of nuance and fanboys on both sides

I have to say, I'd rather not flat out replace the Inart cowl. A custom mouthplate could do the trick maybe. There's so much that I like about it, it's hard to imagine someone doing certain things better. It's a damn shame really.

I tried watching the film in my excitement for this figure. But I couldn't get through it, because I kept getting distracted trying to compare what's on screen to the sculpt I'm seeing.

I made it 15 minutes, and I suggest anybody who's still skeptical to do the same.

I'm sorry to say, but that masked sculpt just isn't going to work for me. It's SO close yet so far.

It's heartbreaking.

A simple custom mouth plate would do wonders and make his cheeks less wide tbh I agree.

I just want the bigger cowl nose. Lol. Hot Toys kinda got that.

I don’t think I’d be able to bring myself to completely replacing the stock cowl. Paint apps are hardly ever convincing or “stock feel” enough for me, unfortunately, and I’d still want the rolling eyes.

Mesa thinks it going over ur head.

Meh. I'll just use this.

Be aware, later in the thread it was mentioned I need to most likely pay another $40 for shipping. I was gonna message Sanctum on insta but it looks like the owner is in the hospital so I'll wait a little bit before adding to their load.
The owner has initial stages of lung cancer. It’s been few months i guess. But it doesn’t affect their business. They have a separate team and the owner’s sister is taking care i guess

Yeah, clearly a satirical act. I’m just gonna keep it real from now on. You’re dense and annoying as hell. I don’t care what you think of me.
Except that it’s not. I am very happy that you are annoyed by me.

And when you accept something like this, i guess it’s time to take care of your health. If this is also sarcasm, the sentence in the pic still stands true

My goodness. I'm trying to manage my expectations because I remember being wowed by the reviewer photos/videos of HT Battinson, too, and for me, it was the first time I've ever really failed to connect with something upon unboxing. It's taught me the value of getting the figure in-hand, even if you've watched a ton of reviews and think you know what you're getting. But man... at first blush, I just can't find much fault with this guy.
